10 years of product engineering, performance innovation and many happy runners later, Nike celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Nike Free by bringing together Olympian Paula Radcliffe and Founder of RDC Charlie Dark to lead a run taking in London’s iconic landmarks ahead of the Virgin London Marathon last week. Film is dead. Long Live Film. Between the accessibility of the the digital camera and ubiquitous nature of the camera phone, its no wonder that the world of analogue photography is being dwarfed in mainstream. Despite the slow but reassuring resurgence over the past few years, the analogue club is still pretty inaccessible for the uninitiated. Following the success of last year’s Class 101, R-Mediacircle have curated another which will take place on 26th February at its usual spot The Hospital Club. The three hour workshop will give anyone wishing to work within the fashion industry some insight into building a brand from scratch and marketing it. Sharing their experience, knowledge and expertise, speakers this year include Hannah Craik (Head of Social Media at Asos), Rob Scotland (Partner at Bandit) and the founders of GoodHood Store: Jo Sindle and Kyle Stewart. On Tuesday, I lit up the night with Nike. I was invited to join 50 or so runners - including special guests/Olympians Hannah England and Ross Murray - for a run-adventure through central London in Nike’s new reflective collection, Flash Pack. Meeting at Nike’s Covent Garden store, we were each given a Nike Flash Jacket and a pair of Nike Flash 5.0+ Shield Trainers and split in to teams to find out our special mission. Last week, Supremebeing held the the 4th installation of their renown #WhiteCanvasProject with a helping hand (and a kindly donated rooftop) from London art collective EndoftheLine. The purpose…to create unique artworks by reclaiming and reinventing objects with no original purpose as art (the limited edition varsity jackets created by the artists were a bonus). In the words of actor/comedian Danny Kaye “Life is a great big canvas, and you should throw all the paint on it you can”…

I’ve pretty much been through every major American sport growing up. From regularly following the MLB and NHL (including watching the London Knights ice hockey team every weekend), to playing and coaching basketball and being an NBA fanatic. Of course, I’m also a big NFL fan, and after getting more involved in American football a few years back with my brother playing wide receiver for a local team, I just had to make sure I saw one of the games they play this side of the pond. Thanks to New Era, I got the chance to experience the 7th London game in style, between the Minnesota Vikings and the Pittsburgh Steelers. And what a game it was. More after the cut.

I had the pleasure of being introduced to this male fragrance in the most exciting of ways. Whisked off to the Luton Hoo where I dined in style, I was met by James Bond stunt driver Ben Collins, a.k.a The Stig, and presented with six gorgeous Land Rovers, our mission, off-road driving. Quick post! I just wanted to give you a heads up if you’re not doing much today then head to the Openhouse at Battersea Power Station as it’ll be the last chance to see inside the iconic building before it undergoes it’s gentrified redevelopment into a luxury apartment block. Real sad news. Iconic part of London, especially for events and launches. Click here for more information, it’s open from 11am to 4pm. As you probably may have heard by now, O2 have launched their super-fast (no word of lie, this thing flies) 4G network coverage. To celebrate the launch, O2 held the #O24G launch gig at the Shepherds Bush Empire and we were luckily enough to get invited along. Plan B headlined, with the brilliant Faith SFX supporting. To put the networks 4G through its paces, we used Samsung Galaxy S4′s to live blog, vlog and all the rest right from our seats. Plan B and his fans seemed pretty excited about the whole thing, as people snapped away and told their followers about what was a fantastic evening.
