Rizzle Kicks have recently seen their popularity skyrocket within a short space of time. Recent single ‘Down With The Trumpets’ landed at the number 8 spot in the official UK charts and they’re currently sitting on the top spot, courtesy of featuring on X-Factor man Olly Murs’s latest offering ‘Heart Skips A Beat’. Not only have they had commercial success, but critical too, as the duo of Jordan and Harley are up for 3 Mobo awards including Best Newcomer.

For those of us who keep a keen eye on the blogsphere and the ‘urban’ scene, we’ve watched SB.TV grow from YouTube videos with a cult (yet strong) following, to the grime scene’s biggest visual outlet, and finally, to a rapidly flourishing media brand.
Showcasing is similar to the Introducing… posts that i do in the way that it brings lesser known acts to your attention. However the difference is that Showcasing will bring you unsigned acts from the world of YouTube who are super talented that deserve another platform to Showcase their talent. For the first instalment I would like to shine the spotlight on an 18 year old singer/producer from London, he goes by the name of Ethan Breakaway. Have a listen to some of his work after the break.

One of the most anticipated sequels in a very long time set to drop next year July: The Dark Knight Rises. The first film is by far one of the best films I have seen and I think I speak for a lot of people when I say I cannot wait for the third film. Well a couple days ago a trailer surfaced on youtube claiming to be the official trailer for the new film, however it is a fan made video… so I lied. Very well made, the video has attracted almost 480,000 hits but im sorry after the first 10 secs it was too obvious it wasn’t real! What you think? Watch it after the cut.

These have been out for quite some time now but we havn’t posted a fuckery video in a long while so I thought why not! You may or may not have come across ThisisMack, a channel on youtube quickly attracting a lot of attention because of his witty and highly amusing hypothetical beef videos mainly between Beyonce and Ciara. Other videos include the likes of Kelly Rowland, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and even Michael Jackson. These videos kill us every time we watch them, there are some spectacular lines in these such as MJ’s “im sorry…who are you” and Ciara reference to Rihanna as a “Mothaf**kin crayon”.Wow and the voices… this guy went in. I wonder if he’ll do one with Christopher Brown and Frank Ocean! Watch the videos after the cut

GET OVER HERE. Best way to start a new week (well…post bank holiday weekend) = watching a new episode of Mortal Kombat Legacy. If any of you watched the last episode then you’ll know it ended abruptly in the middle of Scorpion and Sub Zero‘s epic showdown. This episode we find out who’s victorious in that battle and what the consequences are for the loser, interesting end to the episode to say the least. It’s annoying that by the time I get into the episode it ends. This one was only around 6-7 minutes LONG. Dagnabbit. Peep it on the reverse.
