Yang & Yong hit up YoYo yesterday as one of our friends, a RnB/Soul Rap artist Jo’leon Davenue. Supporting him were two of our homies, Enrico Delves and Chantelle Nandi. As you may already know our sister site, Yen&Yong launched earlier this week and they’re already on their grind by giving ya’ll comprehensive coverage of London Fashion Week which kicked off earlier today. I think we’ll drop by a few shows next week but we won’t be able to give you any real analysis on the fashion-y details as we’ll spend most of the time mesmerized by how ‘peng‘ the models are. Yen&Yong and I ventured down to YoYo this week to go see Chiddy Bang. If you haven’t heard of them before they are Hip-Hop duo from the land of the Fresh Prince himself, Philly. The duo comprises of two 19 year old college students Chidera ‘Proto’ Anamege (the MC) and Noah ‘Xaphoon Jones’ Beresin ( Producer & DJ). I first heard of them when homie Felix posted about them over at BTEF. Check out the link for their songs. Remember their name people, I’m pretty sure they will blow up this year. HipHop is still very much alive. More after the cut.
Hope you guys had an amazing new years eve! Since the launch of the site we’ve been working overtime to keep the site updated and keep up with our bottomless pit of essays at uni so we took a break on NYE, teamed up with future bloggin’ partners Yen&Yong and took the town by storm!
