For someone who runs a ‘lifestyle’ website and who’s kind of gone through the whole streetwear phase, I don’t actually know much about Stussy. Shock horror. I’m not one for the brands, it’s all about style for me. How you wear it & how you style it in your own unique way. When I first got sent the press release a few days back, these really weren’t my cup of tea – looked like the regular Dr. Martens silhouette but in suede.  In person, they’re definitely everything and more! love the tan leather laces. The Hambleton style was first released in Spring 2011; it’s simple in looks, made from high quality suede with an almost moccasin-like contrast with the lightweight welt white outersole. Like I said, I don’t know much about Stussy but this collaboration definitely respects the British boots brand’s heritage and style. More on the reverse.
