Insurance company and corporate partner of the National Theatre, Aviva have launched an extensive campaign to raise money for Save the Children. The campaign encourages the public to visit the Aviva facebook page and upload photos of themselves, these photos are projected onto a wall outside the National theatre on the Southbank which will be seen by thousands of people! For each photo uploaded, Aviva will donate £2 to Save the Children which will go towards helping street children in India to get access to a better education. If all of their facebook fans uploaded a photo each, Aviva could easily donate over £90,000- insane! If you fancy seeing your mug projected onto the National Theatre, then read on to find out where you can get uploading!

This week has been so blessed, too blessed to be stressed by work. Started off hectic with 2 of my senior colleagues leaving to go on holiday so I’m doing a lot more work a very important account. Thursday marked the end of the best eras of my life yet – university. I was quite apprehensive about spending £250+ on the actual ceremony; tickets, suit and photograph. It was definitely worth it. More on the reverse.

It’s been open for a while but it’s only just been brought to my attention! Some people like to hang out by the river when we get our very rare and very coveted rays of sunshine, if you’re one of these people (I am) then you might want to check out the Southbank one of these days where exotic Bombay Cafe Dishoom have brought us the very beautiful Chowpatty Beach. It’s set to stay open for the whole summer up until 4 Oct… when we’ll probably be experiencing flash floods and thunder storms so I say visit there as soon as you can, while you still can! More info after the break.

I’ve walked up and down Southbank area but I only spotted this area last week? strange. They have a nice collection of shops and restaurants, including Ping Pong Dimsum. Hop on down there one time, it’s chilled + a nice place to go for a walk after dinner. #YinDateTips

Southbank. 2 days ago. 4pm. Beautiful ey? I made a certain someone go stand at that very spot so I could get her silhouette with the lamp post, just felt all of it together completed the photograph. More tomorrow, shortage of updates today mainly because me, Yang, DJB and Brady have an assignment + presentation due tomorrow.

Taken from the 11th floor of LCC‘s Tower. The views are probably the only good thing about that old Tower, it needs to be demolished and rebuilt. This view overlooks Lambeth and you can just about catch a glimpse of Southbank and London Eye area. Expect more like this in future, someone give me access to high rise buildings!

Day 40. Wow we’ve come quite far already and I haven’t given up, quite surprising. Though I’m starting to run out of ideas already! Southbank has to be one of my favourite parts of London, you always manage to bump into strange and wonderful people down there. A lot of crazy acts like this one, I wouldn’t have the courage to go up there and this dude makes it look easy.
