New York, I love you but you’re tiring me out. I write this post as I lay in bed watching an American TV show that I watch religiously but will not name as I probably will lose my virtual ghetto reputation. I’ve been wanting to write this post for the past 2 hours but have epically failed to conjure energy to move my fingers and type. Any whom, today we decided to hit up the clichéd touristy sights of downtown Manhattan. More after the cut.

I’m writing this whilst sat on board a Boeing 747 that is floating somewhere above the Atlantic ocean. I’m not particularly scared of airplane journeys but Yang on the other hand is somewhat terrified but luckily for him this time he has other half with him to calm his nerves. Whereas I’m sat next to one of my best friends who is probably even worse than him, she was chanting Chinese rituals as the plane begins to embark on the 7 hour journey to New York City. Continues on the flipside.

Most of you that read the site frequently will probably already know that we’re leaving for New York tomorrow. We’ll be in the Big Apple for 8 days, so if any of ya’ll want to holla at us, hit us up on twitter. As for the rest of ya’ll I will keep you updated with a daily post with my favourite photo from that day and if I have time I may even add a video. Definitely documenting our trip in video since I acquired a 550d camera yesterday.
