Been wondering where Levi Maestro has been for the past month or so? Well he came back this week with the final 2 episodes of this season’s Maestro Knows. The first features Tyrone Davis, I have no clue who this guy is or what he does. It’s a flashback episode back to NYE of 2010. The season finale features the dopest chick in the NY’s scene, Va$htie Kola. I’ve featured her on the site before, check out the episode after the cut. She talks about her new collaboration sneaker with the Air Jordan family, first female ever to do so.

After an extra-long hiatus, Levi delivers to us a brand new episode of his online show ‘Maestro Knows’ and it features legendary Hip-hop producer 9th Wonder. The last episode he was featured in, he talked about teaching Hip Hop classes at Duke and now months later, we get to see what a lesson in Hip Hop looks like. It’s amazing to see how far the genre has come. Watch the full episode after the cut.
As you all already know, I’m a big fan of Levi Maestro and his work, easily one of the most inspiring people I’ve met. He recently got featured on a Complex magazine spread, in which he explains the 10 steps to success. Here’s the video behind it, my thoughts after the cut.
Levi Maestro is back! with this short inspiring film about loving what you do. I really don’t need to explain why this guy inspires me so much. His choice of words in the opening minute should be enough for you to understand. Not to mention his dope videography skills and how it’s so well edited together with the track. Short film on the flipside.
In this episode, we follow Maestro around our beautiful city London for the qualification round of the adiCup tournament. He switches things up in this episode as he takes the back seat and lets his fans do the speaking on his behalf. That’s not any random photo above, it’s actually a screenshot from the video. Look who it is in the middle with the bright red hat and sneakers, it’s ME! I can now say I’ve been in a Maestro Knows episode. Video after the cut.
Maestro visits the city that is seen as the new creative capital of inspiration, Berlin. This the 3rd stop in his worldwide tour with AdiCup 2010 after visting New York and Tokyo. This episode, you’ll realise you don’t f*ck with Germans when it comes to football, see the world’s first and most probably only Lionel Messi shrine at the No.74 store and my favourite part was the creative space he visits at the end. Another inspiring episode, another place I must visit asap.
Levi Maestro is back! This is the first episode of his new series ‘Tour De Maestro‘. Levi embarks on a journey around the world in the spirit of FIFA’s World Cup 2010. He now has a young intern and from the looks of it, he films Maestro on a new HD camera. I notice sh*t like that, sad i know. Anyway in this episode, follow Levi and his intern Devlin from the Ace Hotel to Complex Magazine, stop by to preview “Three Days In Paris” photo show at Milk studios and finishing up with the NYC leg of the adiCup at Pier 40.
