Recognise this building? It’s the first thing you see as you step out of Warren Street station. A state of the art, multi-storey hospital for University College London students. Well at least some universities are providing their students with fancy campuses. No shots at LCC. Haha.

Regent’s Park. Sunset? Well around that time, had no idea what to caption this image. What do you call that thing in the middle? pagoda? I know its something along those lines. I haven’t had a chance to edit photographs for the Rome post. I do apologise! Right off to the Colosseum. I refuse to queue up for longer than 45 mins.

Sorry about the lack of Rome updates. Yesterday was TIRING and eventful. I KO’d as soon as I got back to the hotel, so will try to do a catch up post tonight if I’m not too tired. I’ve got some great photographs to share with you guys. Till then you can enjoy this 365 of my favourite buildings in London, St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel. The hotel has just opened up again after a few years of renovations, it’s definitely one of London‘s finest buidlings.

We’ve arrived safely in Rome and to get here, we went through London Gatwick Airport. Let’s just say EasyJet‘s main airport makes for an interesting crowd, think Romford mall. Yep that’s the best place to describe it haha. I didn’t really know what to buy in the Duty Free stores, usually I would buy chocolates and what not but I’m going to be devouring so much Italian food this week so it’s wise to avoid the extra fat/calorie intake. I have a few in air shots like this, took a fair few on the sly during take off. Gatwick Airport Security is far too lenient, pretty sure Bin Laden could have walked through there safely. No joke.

Here’s the deal. I’m off to Rome for 7 days so this 365 series…is over. Psyche. I’ve taken photographs in advance, a lot of them! As much as I love London, I need a break! I think I’ve earned it with the completion of university, right? I snapped this a week ago outside of Angel shopping centre. The sculpture is the dog’s bollocks, absolutely insane. Click it for a proper view! it reminds me of something from X-Men. I’m clearly still on a mutant hype.

I bet 75% of Londoners haven’t heard of this university – London Business School. It’s part of London University! Like I said in yesterday’s 365 post, I had to pay a visit to take part in a research study. It’s located just behind Baker Street near the back entrance to Regent’s Park. It’s tucked away in a little corner, it’s strange because I’m sure a lot of you have actually walked by Baker Street. I wish my university campus was like this – bit of green + beautiful architecture.

#LoveLDN. That should be trending topic! I took this earlier tonight whilst taking a quick stroll through Regent’s Park with my other half after an interesting restaurant research study at London Business School. It was really abstract and got me thinking out of the box about my experience at the restaurant; colours, shapes, smell, noise and so on. I didn’t originally plan to use this photograph but the colour ones didn’t come out how I wanted them to :( so went for the B&W, the shadows work for me.
