I suppose it’s about time Topman launched their own mens grooming range, I mean they do practically everything else! The grooming range that launched a couple of weeks ago and took 5 years to conceive kicked off with a 6 piece collection featuring: brand new fragrances: No.16 and No.27, hair and body wash and hair putty; the fragrances retail for just £15- good to see the retail giants have paced themselves by starting off small. I haven’t tried them yet so I’ll hold judgement for when I do, head over to the online store to have a look for yourself.

The Beckham brand is really something else. It just keeps getting bigger and bigger even though his footballing career is in its last chapter. He’s a true professional, idol to many because of his style, lifestyle, footballing skills and more. He’s just had his 3rd kid and is now set to unleash a new fragrance into the world. Introducing Homme (gosh, could have thought of a more original name?!) – the lads over at GQ sat down with him behind the scenes at the LA-based campaign shoot and spoke to legendary DB7 about style, inspiration and more. Ladies will probably dig the video. I’ve got to give Becks props for popularising men’s grooming “I think it’s always important for a man to look after himself,” He says. “It’s something that I’ve always done and that I will continue to do.” Amen! The fragrance ‘Womanity’ by Thierry Mugler is supposedly everything a woman should smell like, fresh, floral and like figs. Wait, what, figs? Yes it has an overwhelming smell of figs mixed with caviar but not in a good way more like in a cheap air freshener kind of way.

Peep Chanel‘s latest men’s fragrance offering, Bleu De Chanel. If you’ve read my past reviews then you would know for the past 4-5 years I’ve been bathing myself in Black XS. Not many use it and chicks damn sure love it but I think I’ve just found a fragrance that actually smells better. I’m not going to go into a detailed review in this post, that will come at some point this weekend. It’s a stunning woody-aromatic fragrance created by Jacques Polge and guess who they’ve got directing the commercial for it? None other than Mr. Martin Scorsese. Peep the video after the cut featuring Ginola-lookalike Fench actor, Gaspard Ulliel.
