BOOM. We back – well later than usual. I’m tired, just got home after a birthday dinner at Jamie’s Kitchen in Stratford Eastfield Westfield. Not moaning though, I’ve still got a bit of work to do before I head to bed tonight and up again at 7. Ready for this week! going to be managing this week’s campaign, in the mean time – head on after the cut for some musical goodness. 5 tracks to start your week off the right way.

I had a worrying feeling that we might not be able to deliver EARGASMS at all this week with the lack of song updates but hey the team came through with a dope selections as always. New songs for your iTunes library just in time for the new week. Let’s get started then. P.S. If you’re wondering why there are 2 semi-naked guys in the image above, it’s RHCP! shot by Terry Richardson.

As varied as my music taste usually is, this week I have had a few songs on rotation and am still listening to now even as I write this! I put compiled a list of songs that I am currently rinsing on my iTunes, they are a mixture of semi-old and new, enjoy.

Wasn’t Long ago that Estelle dropped her first ever mixtape which was quite cool, yesterday she premiered her video for ‘Fall In Love‘.  There are two videos, one featuring Nas and the other featuring John Legend; both videos are pretty similar but I prefer the one with John Legend just because I think him and Estelle work better together where they have a similar sound. I have always preferred Estelle’s music from her ‘Shine‘ album over her new stuff but this a nice track , I heard it on the mixtape and liked it but didn’t think it was a song for release. Her next studio album ‘All of Me‘ is set to be released very soon this year and its supposed to show us all the different types of music that Estelle is capable of putting out so it should be good. Anyways, here are the videos for “Fall in Love”

I was never that into UK music when I was younger because it was mainly grime, but there are quite a few tunes that were different: the ones that bring back memories or just have you thinking “why did this happen!?”; so this week throwback is about remembering some of our favourite UK tunes.. starting with Free by Estelle… wow she has changed!

Estelle’s first ever mixtape just dropped tonight, she calls it ‘I almost made a mixtape’. I have listened to it and I think its great, the mixtape reminds me why I like Estelle’s music, ever since she started leaning toward dance music I didn’t think she would come back down to earth and do something like this. Estelle has been talented from day 1  when she released 1980 and Free- both really good tunes; however  I was never really into her music. After hearing her album ‘Shine’ on repeat at work I realised how talented she is. That album has some really good tunes on there I pretty much like the whole album. I was eager to find out what her next project would be like and I have to say I was a little bit disappointing. Though I like ‘One Love’ and ‘Freak’ they are both good tunes but I was just expecting her to do something a lot closer to her original sound which I think suits her a lot better.
