I know Annabel loves up Converses but I’m not a big fan of them. The classic models are a bit too ‘blah’ for me. Though I did try rock them a year ago, bought my first pair and only wore them once. They’re still fresh and so clean clean. Converses are meant to be dirty though? according to the hipsters anyway. However this Spring‘s premium Chuck Taylor All Star range is dope. Three different colourways are previewed above, each with a leather upper, waxed laces and canvas flag lining which give it the vintage look. I’d definitely wear the black one and probably the red. More stuff from Converse coming real soon, you can get these joints at Size?‘s converse store on Carnaby Street.

Bought my first pair of converses at the start of university and have pretty much lived in them ever since! For me they’re a necessity as the most reliable mode of transport around London is your own two feet! If you use the tube you have to go down escalators only to then have to go up stairs. I avoid buses at all costs but sometimes there is no other option and I’ll end up chasing after one like a lunatic. So you definitely need a comfortable and reliable pair of shoes that can take a beating and converses are an affordable fail-safe!

Converse are the latest brand to drop their own iPhone App and it’s not a typical one where you’ll flick through to find images of the sneakers! They’ve created a beast of a app that when pointed at your feet, will use a form of technology to change the shoes you are wearing to a converse shoe. so essentially the function of the app is in the title ‘The sampler‘. You’ll find a detailed description and images after the cut

You liked that part but what if I said you can record your songs for FREE, converse will not be charging you to use this studio. All you have to do is to apply, find out how after the cut. (Don’t forget you need to live in the U.S sorry)

We all know when Converse hooks up with the music industry, something dope will be cooked up. Just think back to the summer when they teamed up with Vampire Weekend and Kid Cudi to produce ‘All Summer‘. Well now, they’re bringing some of their genius over to this side of the pond by shining a spotlight on the incomparable British music scene. More on this dope collaboration after the cut.
