KarmaloopTV talks to Dee & Ricky at their G-Shock collaboration watch release party. In fact they talk to the infamous twins separately, so it’s kind of a Dee vs Ricky type interview. Anyway, they pit brother vs brother to get the most dirt of them as possible. I posted the watch itself a few weeks back and it should be now available from Casio outlets for $130. Check out the interview and photos of some familiar faces at the party on the flipside.

So last night I headed down to the G-Shock Press event with a few of our connect, no Yang as he’s still living it up in Ohio. The event was a bit meh to be honest, I wasn’t really going to go but Noni manage to persuade me to get my jetlagged ass off my bed and make an effort to network. The actual press presentation was pretty cool, a lot of free booze and a BBQ set up in the garden behind Truman Brewery. Some of the watches on show were DOPE, especially the main one above. More after the cut.

Last Thursday, we attended b Store’s launch of their collabo line ‘Print’ with Casio’s Baby-G. They’ve gotten a select LFW designers to come up with special edition Baby-G shock designs as well as a few tee designs. The launch was at Selfridges and after-party at Home House in Marylebone. I know this post is a week late but I really got sidetracked, more after the cut.

G-Shock has just released it’s new edition called the G-8100 series. The Shocking Colors that consist of three colorways. The colorways are Yellow, Purple, and Black. Unlike most G-Shock designs, this series are square and contain linear elements that give a new look to the G-Shock. It still has it’s basic features which are the shock resist technology, LED illumination button on the center bottom and multi display face. The watch comes with all the standard function that is featured on all of the G-Shock watches. View more images after the cut.

Casio just unveiled their March releases for their G-Shock. This time they’ve focused on the GA110 model rather than the DW-5600 and DW-6900s models which usually take the lime light. It’s definitely a very colourful pack of watches! I’m digging the multicoloured watch, it really reminds me of Lego for some reason. Some of the other colorways are kind of gross to be honest, photos after the cut.
