As you may already know BET Awards 2010 took place last night and Chris Brown‘s performance was a tribute to the late great. If that performance didn’t earn his way back into everyone’s good books, I don’t quite no what will. We all know Chris can dance but he brought his A-game last night and killed it, MJ would be proud. He then topped things off by breaking down into tears whilst attempting to sing ‘Man In The Mirror’. Well planned publicity stunt to win over the fan’s hearts again or was it genuine tears of sadness? Video after the cut.

About two weeks ago I posted the announcement of Kanye West headlining the BET 2010 Awards and the sound of the news killed my ears. Being the huge Ye fan I am, it felt like Jesus had just opened music heaven. If it even there is a music heaven that is. West being the perfectionist and great performer he is you know he had to do a over the top performance. Kanye did his performance on a mountain with a snowy scenery which made me say ehh a bit. Kanye has come out of hibernation over the last couple of weeks, with the release of his new single and his addition to the BET Awards line up he is once again back on our radar. Here we have some rare footage of a master at work and doing what he loves to do, making beats. The beat that he is producing in this video is very fitting as the lyrics say, ‘You’re Gonna Be Popular’. Indeed he is. K.West in the building! I really wanted to say that. But one of the best rappers of this time in my opinion is back. Kanye will be making his first return to the stage at the 2010 BET Awards since his infamous outburst at VMAS to Taylor Swift. “Yo I’m really happy for you. And Imma Let you finish but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.” *kanyeshrugs and drops mic* It was way too epic. More after cut.
