Majority of the time when I write a post that is fashion related the post revolves around sneakers or lookbooks, so when I can across these set of A Bathing Ape accessories I had to post them in order to show diversity. The new season is fast approaching with some brands starting to put autumn/winter stock out already so previews of what is upcoming are coming through thick and fast. Here we have a range of A Bathing Ape belts and key holders.

So Bape are set to release their AW10 Shark collection later this month. I cant say I would expect anything different from Bape because its starting to look like everything they sell is transitional; I don’t know if its just because I’m not a big fan or if it’s just because I prefer reasonable clothing.. but this is a little too much! The collection is made up from T-shirts, hoodys and sneakers too all featuring the cutting edge shark design *grin* and come in really bright/fluorescent colours as you can see lime green, yellow and a cornea splitting turquoise. So if you are one to stand out in the crowd then get to the Bape store towards the end of the month for some Shark action.

This is dope. Whoever produced this video for VEVO, I take my hats off to him/her as it’s so well shot and edited. Kid Cudi gives us an insight to his return to the BAPE store in New York for an intimate performance to his beloved NYC fans. Cudi speaks of his past life before the record deal and his 9-5 employee at BAPE before he performs a REVOFEV at the store. Video after the cut.

Sanrio and Baby Milo? Woah! That’s what I thought. Sanrio creator and founders of the ever so adorable Hello Kitty have teamed up with Baby Milo on the Sanrio Baby Milo Store. The pop-up space that will be open in Kyoto and Tokyo and running for 2 weeks. The team up consist of several collaborative items, combining both the Sanrio and Baby Milo characters. The line-up consist of sneakers, watches, bags, t-shirts, denim and much more. Images after the cut.

I’ve always admired BAPE‘s clothing and accessories but have always felt they were way overpriced. I know it’s all exclusive but they aren’t really that exclusive anymore since they have an online store. I’m slowly growing out of street wear but that doesn’t mean I won’t stop wearing sneakers. Anyway I like accessories and these new carbiners from Bathing Ape are pretty dope. They’ve got the shape of the unmistakable ‘Sta‘ logo and come in a variety of colours. More after the cut.
Casio and Bape form a deadly alliance to bring you the DW-6900 watch. Half Bape toy watch half G-Shock; the watch is a glossy bright purple with both the Bape and G-Shock logos and an Ape head underneath similar to other Bape watches. These will be going for $225 which is about £150 and are set to be available in Bape store very soon so hang tight!

Olive posted the cover of Bape’s S/S 2010 Mook early last week and now since it’s release in Japan the photoshoot images and the interview has leaked onto the internet. Of course I’m going to post it since I’m Cudi’s number 1 fan. I’m not a big fan of the styling (especially in one photo, you’ll see) but the photography shot by Guy Aroch is real dope. I like the use of light textures in his photography. In the interview, Kid Cudi speaks his relationship with Bape, release of his first album and his plans for 2010. Full interview and photoshoot on the flipside.
