All the lucky nerds who attended Comic-Con last week got a chance to immerse themselves in their comic book memorabilia and movie culture. I saw these posted on various sites last week but waited for a better photo (yes, I’m picky with photo quality). They are the upcoming TRON x adidas Collection and both these sneakers light up. As a child may parents never bought me LA Gear kicks so I think I’ll buy myself a pair of these. I think it’s a pretty dope idea to partner with movies, remember the Hell Boy collaboration. Having just touched down from sunning it up in Tenerife I have noticed that my steps aren’t as light as they used to be (my weighing scales confirm this!). So it’s back on the whole dieting flex. This time round I have devised my own plan to eat less carbs, no sweets (goodbye Hershey’s Kisses) and to start running!

They just keep them coming. Although a self confessed Adidas freak, I’ve never actually paid attention to the Ransom by Adidas collection before. However this new Fall/Winter collection seems to be doing it for me. Granted I would like to see the whole collection and make a judgement but the way they have chosen to release different aspects of the collection at different times keeps the excitement and interest very high. These are titled The Dune and have a very different feel to them than your regular sneaker. These look like they would sit well with a nice pair of jeans (they kind of got that Timberland boot feel to them). I’ll be checking for them when they drop next month.

Y-3 is fast becoming one of my favourite lines this year, you’ve seen a few previews here but now they’ve finally released the official promotional video for their A/W campaign featuring Zinedine Zidane. Like i’ve said before Y-3 is the perfect mix of street wear and high fashion which really enhances their collections and therefore stands out. I’m quite impressed by this video, I like tone and the fact that its in black and white; 52 seconds into the video, you’ll see an amazing pair of trainers (at least that’s what I think they are) something I’m definitely looking forward to as soon it’s available! Now I have long been an admirer of Adidas. I was mentioning to Yin the other day that I actually have too many Adidas sneakers in my collection. Some may say that I’m obsessed considering I have (excuse me while I count) 24 pairs of Adidas kicks stacked up in the corner of my room but having seem these beauties I may just have to add the 25th pair to the collection. The silhouette is reminiscent of the ever popular Nizza model with an added twist. These by far are the most appealing kicks that I’ve seen come from the Adidas x Ransom collaboration. Check the kicks in colour in four different colourways on the inside.

I don’t think that I have mentioned before that I kind of adore Adidas. I must say that my obsession for the three stripped trainers has calmed down somewhat however I do find when searching for potential feet warmers Adidas is still the first brand I search for. When news of any new design or colourway is brought to my attention I get excited. So here I present the new upcoming design for the Adidas Originals 2010 Fall/Winter collection, dubbed the Hardland.

Y-3 announces their soon to release Fall/Winter 2010 line with these 2 mood films to preview the upcoming collection.
