Now I know what you’re thinking what are The Cool Kids doing launching a store when they should be releasing When Fish Ride Bicycles, well I was thinking the same thing when I first saw the name but The Cool Kids Club has nothing to do with hip-hop group. The Cool Kids Club is a brand new venture from the same people who brought some slick visuals recently. Here at Y&Y we’ve had our eye on Trapstar for a while now and not only because Rihanna was spotted wearing a piece but because they’ve been ahead of the game being one of the first streetwear brands to introduce a snapback hat collection (who wears a snapback anymore? This isn’t 2005 and you’re not Ashton Kutcher! But anyway…) And now they’re one of the first to launch a store. We weren’t able to make the Launch but my personal friend Christopher Magnusen was and he’s made a video recap along with a couple shots to document the event. Catch ‘em after the cut.
