No, that is not a typo; in case you hadn’t heard, ‘Marvel’s Avengers Assemble’ is the new UK title for the eagerly anticipated superhero team-up, set to hit cinemas on April 26. New footage has been revealed today via the second full trailer, and it does not disappoint. Have a gander after the jump.

Typography is a key part of my skills set. I don’t know where or how I managed to develop it. I used to struggle adding it to my wallpaper designs in the past, tended to sway into the ‘doesn’t need type, the piece will do the talking by itself’. Typography can make or break designs, whether its a website or a little business card. What Charis Tsevis has done is next, taken typography to a level where it makes up the main aspect of the design and not just the title. If you haven’t guessed it by now, it’s all been inspired by the upcoming London 2012 games. My only gripe, definitely a personal opinion; I wish the font choices were better. The artwork is impressive, must have taken hours upon hours to get all the shades! More on the reverse.

Last year I posted the first of All Saints’ Basement Sessions; a project put together to bring you the best of the latest talent to surface from the deep blue sea that is the music industry. Over the past year they’ve brought you exclusive live performances and interviews all from the basement of their flagship store in Spitalfields. This time it was Maverick Sabre’s turn to take to the pits of All Saints’ flagship where he performed two of his songs ‘I Can Never Be‘ and ‘No One’; this guys is really talented and his sound is truly unique within the UK music scene- a very impressive set if I do say so myself! Check out his set after the break.

Whilst walking aimlessly around West End yesterday I ended up passing Suitsupply thus jogging my memory and realising that I had been sitting on this post for nearly a week. Laziness has seeped into my consciousness and while I did vow to eradicate this from my psyche it still exists and for this I apologise. Anywho back to Suitsupply, there 2012 Spring/Summer Lookbook actually is pleasing to my eye. I’ve always considered the suit, a staple piece in any mans wardrobe, to be quite a boring concept however Suitsupply has made me think otherwise. The variety and playfulness within their collection leads me to believe that styling a suit could actually be great fun and highly rewarding, in terms of overall look, if done correctly. Take a look, at what must be the longest lookbook I have ever encountered, after the cut.

After grinding on the mixtape scene for a few years, YMCMB recording artist Tyga is emerging from underdog status this year. From strip-club joint Rack City becoming a huge breakthrough hit for the rapper, to him being part of the reason why millions believe YOLO is The Motto, Tyga makes it clear he won’t allow Young Money comrades Drake, Nicki Minaj and (label-boss) Lil Wayne hog all the limelight.

Tom Hardy’s career has sky-rocketed since 2010’s Inception, with great performances in critically acclaimed Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and Warrior cementing his place as one of the finest actors in the business. Later on this year, he’ll be reuniting with Christopher Nolan for that ‘small’ film The Dark Knight Rises, but before that he joins Chris Pine (Star Trek) in This Means Warat its core a romantic comedy  but with a hint of action.

I’m a day late with this post! Apologies. Arriving home at 11pm on Sunday night after the Northern London derby means only one thing – BED. Not exactly. Bed at 1am but just didn’t have enough time to get this post out. Without further a do, I present to you Eargasms. Apologies in advance for the songs without links!
