I’ve often questioned why I haven’t found myself working in the industry I want to be working in yet. Sometimes I be true to myself and say that it’s because, honestly, I don’t put enough effort into finding a job on top of the fact that I have next to no experience in that field. And then there are times where I’m a little deluded and think that its because the world is unfair and that I’m being punished, dramatic I know lol. However I stumbled upon this quote a few weeks back and it made me think, maybe I’m not ready for a proper job yet or maybe I’m not ready to dive straight into a job and that doing voluntary work and/or my own side stuff would enable me to gain experience before stepping into a full established role. Going beyond looking for a job this quote can be applied to other aspects of people lives, such as relationships and all that jazz. Over the last week or so I’ve decided that I am now ready for a new challenge and in turn its time to start making things happen.
