Gah, I honestly didn’t want to share this gem with anyone but that would beat the point of Y&Y since we’re all about introducing our readers to new things that we discover. Numerous people have stopped me in recent weeks asking where I purchased my two-finger wooden ring from and my response would be ‘India‘. In truth, I purchased it online from a London-based wooden accessories maker, Ollie Adegboye. More on the reverse.

In fact I accidentally came across his webstore thanks to retweet on Twitter. I’m not a ring wearer but the minimalist and clean design of these rings won me instantly. I’ve got over 20 wooden/leather wrist beads/bracelets so I figured a nice ring accessory would complete the collection. I think finished my look nicely, perfectly blends in with my chocolatey (yes!) brown skin and other accessories.
Each woodring is machine cut, hand finished and treated. No piece rushed. Proper Goods works on a made-to-order basis so please allow 5-7 working days before receiving your order.
Proper Goods rings come in 5 different wood types – ash, mahogany cuban, satinwood, walnut american and wenge african. You can 2 or 3 finger versions of each ring, Personally I opted for the 2 finger version this time but I’m already looking to make my next order. My ring arrived in 3 days! Enjoy the images and if you want to make purchase, shop link is at the top.
I wear it both ways.
