Hmm, I am wow’d by BAPE‘s creativity. This collaboration with G-Shock is so original #psyche. Seriously, you would expect them to make more of an effort and not just play with hue/saturation on Photoshop. This is basically exactly the same as their G-Shock collab watch a few years ago and I own that one. I was young and bought it mainly because Kanye rocked it. Celebrity endorsement worked on me back then. More on the reverse.

Some of you may already know this but Nigo’s BAPE was sold to Hong Kong IT for a mere $2.8 million yesterday. They were one of the originators a decade ago and in my opinion their failure to grow with their designs hindered their value. The prices for a simple t-shirt – £80 is just too much, the print quality isn’t even that great. You can read more on the sale here. Anyway I’ll leave you with some more information on the watch:
