Yesterday I met with a close group of friends to have a bit of a catch up and exchange Christmas presents. But because we all live in different parts of the country and probably wouldn’t get to see each other again before Christmas we decided to open our gifts there and then. After a few excited squeels (and one too many glasses of wine) we decided to open one gift at a time so we could revel in the moment of giving. That’s when one of my besties opened up her gift to uncover this ingenious creation by Barry M. More after the cut.

It was the new instant effect nail polish called Black Magic. She was already wearing a silver shade of Gosh nail polish but apparently you’re supposed to paint the nail effect over a base colour to see the effects. Needless to say the result was met by a lot of oooh’s and aahhh’s as the black nail polish started to move around and shift itself into a crazy design. You guys have got to check out the official demonstration video on the Barry M website to see what I mean. I’ve never seen anything quite like it before! Definitely gonna cop myself a bottle!
