Earlier this week we were invited down to Time2 Covent Garden store for a press evening. Time2 sell many of the most luxury brands there are including the likes of Hugo Boss, Rolex, Emporio Armani, GC and Tag Heuer to name but a few (more like my favourites). Clearly we’ve become obsessed with watches as its starting to look like all we ever talk about on here is watches; but its imperative that you see what Time2 have to offer next season if your into watches.

The buyer Keira Payne Gibbs gave us an insightful overview of what we’re to expect from Time2 next season. A lot of the pieces we saw showed a lot of promise particularly the new ceramic watches, a trend that we were all pretty confident will take off and become really popular. These watches are obviously scratch resistant being ceramic, they are a lot lighter than the stainless steel used on other high end watches and most importantly they look and feel great- really clean cut and smooth. Participating brands here include Armani, GC and Burberry.
My favourite was definitely the GC line of ceramic watches firstly because of its the flawless design and also the quality really does exceed its price point. I was rather impressed with Burberry’s incarnation of the ceramic watches! A sleek and smooth watch and the bracelet is actually put together in the form of the Burberry signature Haymarket Check. These watches came in black and in white, both unisex but I did find the white ones to be slightly feminine in comparison to the black however we live in modern times so I guess its all about if you can pull it off or not.
If you’re into high end Casio watches then you’re in luck as here we have an exclusive in red and black. Extremely durable, rare colourway, very solid feel which means good quality and of course more money- these retail for £650.. Let the savings begin! We also have the military collection of watches that look incredible, I’m really impressed by how detailed some of these watches are and it’s because they’re such a careful mix of high fashion and military style that says to me trendy and durable.
