As you know from my previous post about dreams and goals, I started my internship today at one of London’s best Social Media/Online PR Agencies. I’ve had no real experience in the creative industry in fact I don’t really have much work experience at all – I’ve been a freelance designer for much part of my life. More after the cut.

Don’t worry ya’ll I won’t flood the site full of dear diary type ish for the duration of my internship. So if today was a taste of what the real world is like, I quite honestly cannot wait till I graduate. The environment, the people, the work – everything was what I hoped for. I know it’s only the first day but I’ve already picked up a few things.
As I’m working at a Social Media agency, everyone there probably uses facebook and twitter more than me. Actually that’s a lie, I bought an iPhone so I can post links on the Y&Y Facebook fan page whilst I’m out and about, true story. Also I was sick of my Blackberry and it’s foolish behaviour. Apple is the way forward in life.
I’m not sure how much I’m allowed to reveal so I shall stop there, let’s just say I can’t wait to go back into work tomorrow from 9:30am to 6:30pm. Late nights, early mornings. Story of my life.
