I can’t say that I am a die hard Teairra Mari stan but I do appreciate some of her music. Her debut album ‘Roc-A-Fella Presents: Teairra Marí‘ was actually filled with a good set of songs and in my opinion set her up nicely for a sophomore effort. However due to label changes and other external factors, concrete news regarding the new album didn’t surface for a long time. Finally we received news surrounding a new record and even got to the point where two singles had been released in preparation for the album ‘At That Point’ however due to many many leaks Teairra has decided that she is to go back to the drawing board and re-record the album. Following track leak after leak from her sophomore dish it has been decided that At That Point will be no longer. Staying ever thoughtful, Teairra will be releasing a new digital EP titled Sincerely Yours for her fans. The EP will consist of the seven tracks that managed to escape leakage and will serve as a starter while fans eagerly await the re-recording process and new album buzz all over again.
In addition to the EP Mari will release a mixtape ‘Point Of No Return’ which she has put together in collaboration with DJ Drama sometime in August. The mixtape will feature many of the remixes that she has done to her favourite songs of the moment as well as new material.

It’s good to see that Teairra is still in high spriits despite all the setbacks that have infected her short career. She seems to definitely have her fans best interests at heart and is determined to succeed. This video alone has made her in my eyes very endearing and feel a strong sense of sympathy towards her. I sincerely hope that she will get her lucky break (plus she is hot!).
