Having just touched down from sunning it up in Tenerife I have noticed that my steps aren’t as light as they used to be (my weighing scales confirm this!). So it’s back on the whole dieting flex. This time round I have devised my own plan to eat less carbs, no sweets (goodbye Hershey’s Kisses) and to start running!

Now I’m not a runner, everybody knows this, but hopefully this ensemble will distract passersby long enough for me to jog past with my pride intact.
