After an hour or so doing the solo dolo stroll through the Finance District, I met up with my friends and we decided to hit up one of the NYC‘s most iconic landmarks; The Statue of Liberty. I’m not a big fan of all the cliché tourist spots but it had to be done. We made a mistake of getting on the wrong damn boat (just our luck!) so we ended up taking a boat to Staten Island instead of Liberty Island. The journey across took a fair bit but I managed to get a few dope shots of the historic landmark as well as the Manhattan Skyline. Beautiful if I must say so myself. More after the cut.

A few days ago I was creating a list of things to buy as I haven’t bought sh*t since I’ve been here; nothing really appealed to me in-terms of fashion. I’ve seen 100s of sneakers but none that appeals to me. I think I’m slowly growing out of the sneaker culture. One of the things I wanted to purchase was a Lego Heart Brooch by designer twins Dee & Ricky. Now try and guess who I spotted on the boat ride back from Staten Island to Manhattan? that’s right, they were there. More on them in a separate post. Enjoy the photos.
