As you already know, last night I left state to go meet up with a friend in New Jersey and I must say it was mad dope. I don’t usually like partying in a scene full of Indians (I’m Indian too btw haha) but they’re accents made it tolerable for me. The pictures I’ve used are slightly irrelevant to the topic of this post as I don’t have any photos of my drunken escapades, like I’d take my DSLR out clubbing with me! I’ve decided to use photos from NY‘s Finance District. More after the cut.

There were a hell of a lot of girls; 80% Indian and for those that know me well I’d hate to be in a crowd like that. I’m not the biggest fan of Indian girls, they just don’t do it for me for some reason. For me the funniest part of the night was meeting all these random hot chicks who’d pretty much do anything just to hear my speak ‘say something, say anything!‘ me: I don’t know what to say but nice to meet you. ‘your accent is so hawt, keep talking’ pretty sweet, don’t you think? I have new found love for my accent that I didn’t know existed till 3 days ago, god bless the Queen.
USA.
I’ve mentioned before on the site for my love for oriental chicks and funnily enough I ended up talking to a half-Puerto-Rican/half Filipino chick for a while, real nice combination. Perhaps the hottest chick I’ve seen since I’ve been in the US.
The party was at a ‘lounge’ which is like a bar and not like a bar at the same time. I’d say it’s more like University student bar, a nicer one. Everyone was smoking hookah/shisha but not me as it really doesn’t do anything for me so I stuck with my alcoholic beverage. Mixers for $2 and shots for $1, now just imagine how wasted I was. All the crazy shit I did last night those will definitely be the best memories.
deep reflection. spot me and yang..
daily dose of dopeness..
The party got shut down as under 21s aren’t allowed to drink but that was around 2am and by the time we had been drinking for over 4 hours. So from there we had to a fraternity house, I’ve always wanted to go to one since I’ve seen them in American Pie and all those cliché US sitcoms and movies. I spoke to one of the dudes for a good 20 minutes on how the whole system worked and what exactly they do. A frat/sorority are part of the College’s greek system and this one was called ‘Delta Sigma Iota‘. They told me they’re focused on making sure their brothers all have good academic scores but that’s a lie as they all had bloodshot eyes and serious case of munchies.

city hall #2.
I’ve kind of lost contact with my friends, none of them have credit therefore I can’t get through to them. The others don’t even bother answering their phone or responding to texts. So I’ve decided I’m doing me. The last post I was quietly scared of travelling on my own to NJ but it was a welcomed experience as I know feel confident to use the subway and all.
subway.
So I spent the last hour walking along the finance district (Wall Street in particular) and just taking in the stunning architecture. This place is pretty inspiring; it’s like Canary Wharf but a hell of a lot bigger and better.
