For the second time today, my jaw has dropped over a pair of Nike dunks. I’m sure most of you know by now that I’m a major GEEK when it comes to comics and gaming so you instantly know anything dope that is Iron Man related I will have to cop. Diversitile have been working in the lab just like Tony Stark would to create these state of the art kicks. The sneakers are actually layered with armoured panelling to make sure your feet are well protected against any hoodlum you may encounter on your daily routine. More after the cut.

That time of the week again folks, it’s time to take 20 minutes off your precious life and sit down and watch the Aaron McGruder‘s latest Boondocks episode. Last week’s one was majorly disappointing, I don’t think I found it funny at all. Maybe a little too racist? but apparently it was based on a true story. This week’s offering hails the return of Colonel Stinkmeaner, so you instantly know it’s going to be damn funny. Video after the cut.

Oxford dictionary defines the term: ‘daggering’ as an artistic form of dance originating from the Caribbean which incorporates wrestling and other forms of frantic movement. In case you ever felt like breaking a girls neck on the dance floor, look no further for we have discovered the tool to do so! Evidently people were not as alarmed as I was by the video for ‘Pon De Floor‘ by Major Lazer so they thought why not show people how they can re-create this on their nights out or of course in the comfort of their own homes!

*Drools* you know in cartoons when the character’s tongue drops out and hearts starting coming out of its eyes? that’s what happened to me when I laid eyes upon on these Nike dunks. These are reminiscent of the limited edition Busy P Air Force 1‘s that dropped in ’08, I actually bidded £500 for them and LOST out. Now that I look back at it, I’m actually quite glad that I missed out on them as the thought of spending that much on sneakers is madness. My bank account would hate me. More images after the cut.

Thought I’d upload one of my many videos from New York today, I haven’t editted it or anything as I don’t know how to/refusing to install Final Cut Pro (54gb! no thank you for now). We were taking a stroll through New York’s finance district when we came across these roller skaters, everyone else around them were in suits and there they are sliding across some benches. Notice how I focus on the oriental female as she walks by, she clearly loved the attention. I miss New York and I’m sure it misses me too. *sigh* Video after the cut.

About damn time and unlike the lame Notorious film, this film actually has a big name director behind it, Antoine Fuqua. For those that don’t know who he is, he is the man behind the oscar-award winning film Training Day. I’m sure all of ya’ll have seen it that film and if you haven’t, you need to run to your local Blockbusters NOW. More information on the film after the cut.

Ok so I attended the UK‘s ‘biggest’ streetwear event at Nike’s 1948 place in Shoreditch and it was a little over-hyped but from what I saw from the brands was a positive sign. UK brands are growing and the portrayal of togetherness at events like this is a most definitely good look. More after the cut.
