Eminem’s road to Recovery has officially begun with the release of his highly anticipated single “Not Afraid”. This is the first offering off of his new album Recovery which is due to hit stores June 22th. The track is dope, definitely uplifting and I think it’ll be a smash on the radio with that infectious hook. It’s been produced by Boi-Da, the brains behind Drake’s Best I Ever Had & Over. Song after the cut.

Pac Div is back ! The California hip hop group Pac Div has finally released their new mixtape. Now words can even describe how elated I am that Pac Div has released this mixtape. I’ve been following Pac Div since ’08, so I guess you can say I’m super psyched. They embody a chill, laid-back Cali vibe and kinda have hints of some 90′s hip-hop elements within their format and structure of their group. LTD have dropped a dope collection of limited edition watches; the silhouette is similar to that of ToyWatch but these are a hell of a lot cheaper and just as slick. It does seem though everyone is jumping onto the sports diver silhouette, I’ve seen them around a fair bit but what makes this collection different? they’re made with smooth ceramic that cradles precision quartz that contain a dial made from lacquered enamel (whatever that means!). The collection is limited to 50 pieces per style worldwide, more colourways after the cut.

‘Failure‘s my last name, Never‘s my first one.’ They finally dropped a video for Lupe Fiasco‘s ‘I’m Beamin‘ single of his upcoming album, Lasers. Honestly can’t wait his album to drop as I still rinse his last album, The Cool – seriously it was probably one of the best albums of the last decade. A real creative video from Wasalu here, especially like how the children are incorporated into it and the lighting effects which remind me of Dragonball Z. Video after the cut.
I think it was a few months ago when I was reading up on tech news on Gizmodo when I came across a post on this ill selection of decals for your Macbook/Macbook Pro. At that time it was only available on one site and it sold out straight away. Luckily a few months later they became available on Ebay. It took a whole damn month or so to arrive in the damn post though, worth the wait. My Macbook Pro is now guarded by a ghetto Snow White, she’s a bad bitch. More photos after the cut.

That time of the week again folks and this time I’m making sure I get this post out on time. One problem is that I don’t have as many tunes as last week but one thing I can guarantee that the selection I have are DOPE. My favourite song this week has to be N.E.R.D‘s buzz single with Nelly Furtado ‘Hot N’ Fun’. Alternate music at it’s finest and especially nice to see Neptunes produce a dope beat as most of their productions recently have majorly blowed. Songs from Eminem, B.O.B, Killa Cam and more after the cut.

Honestly don’t know much about this New York City based fashion label, DQM but one thing I know for sure this lookbook is dope. This is a beautiful shoot taken by reknown NYC street photographer Sue Kwon. I want her to shoot us when he NY and if not, her work is truly inspirational and I hope to do a similar street shoot one day. The shoot features the staff of DQM as they engage in everyday activities.
