So after 4 years Christina Aguilera re-surfaces! She has been working on her next studio album and today we get to here the first single. The tune is called “Not myself tonight“, the uptempo song is definately one for the clubs with a pop-ey dance electronic feel. It will be available for download on iTunes on April 14th and the album, Bionic, drops June 8th. Listen here..

If I’m honest I’m not really feeling it, the song is not great the electro pop feel is tired people try something else.. with her ‘ooooaowohaaa’ hooks in the chorus! But she sounds great on the track.. Aguilera is definately one of the better artists in terms of voice. Perhaps the song is a grower, it might grow on me who knows.. maybe her album will have better material on there.
