Eargasms

I’m back! 2 weeks worth of eargasmic music in this post. I had to delay this post due to my Macbook going away for repairs so I didn’t have access to my iTunes Library. I’ll kick start things with a Drake song which might be a leak/a cut off his debut album ‘Thank Me Later‘ which is set to drop on May 25th 2010. Remember the date, pre-order that ish because it’s going to be epic. I hope the new phenomenon can live up to the hype. Much much more after the cut.

This song took me a few listens to get into but now I love it, rinsed it a lot on my tube journeys to Central London. Don’t expect grimey lyrics like J.Cole, Drake knows his niche and is sticking to it. I’ve added 2 bonus tracks for ya’ll too.

Drake – Shut It Down (feat. The-Dream) – Link, Fall For Your Type – Link, Over (Dekk Remix) – Link

‘Ice Cream conversations, They all want the scoop’

Next up is another Young Money affiliate, Lloyd. I know I featured him 2 weeks ago but he’s been dropping fire again. I don’t where all these songs are leaking from but they’re good. I’ve also got a Tyga song he features on.

Lloyd – I Can Be More (feat. J.Holiday) – Link
Lloyd - Let Me Know (feat. Natasha Bedingfield) – Link
Lloyd – Dancing In The Mirror – Link
Lloyd – Escape In This Love – Link

This song dropped a while back, I’m not sure if I posted it before though. Jay-Z hooks up with Snoop for his song ‘I Wanna Rock.’ I posted the video for this track a few days ago, the beat is vicious.

Snoop Dogg – I Wanna Rock (feat. Jay-Z) (The Kings G-Mix) – Link

Yang posted this Erykah Badu song a few days ago but I’ll be nice and give you the mp3 for it. It’s got an old school funk feel to it.

Erykah Badu - Get Munny – Link

This kid has been on the tip of everyone’s tongue since he unleashed that Flow Stoopid (Made You Look) freestyle. Diggy Simmons even signed a record deal last week, his older bro Jojo must be hella jealous. This song really reminds me of Pharrel’s style, very N.E.R.D-esque with the combination of Rap & Rock.

Diggy – Come To The Rock – Link

New school R&B crooners Chris Brown and Trey Songz have dropped some unreleased tracks/remixes. Pretty solid tracks if I must say so, especially liking Trey’s remix of the Raheem Davaughn song. The photo I found is old but funny as.

Raheem Davaughn (feat. Trey Songz) – Customer (Remix) – Link
Trey Songz – All My Life – Link, Make Moves – Link
Chris Brown – Submarine – Link

I’ve never heard of Black Dada guy but this song is infectious and not in a good way. It’s your typical auto-tuned electro-synthesized beat but I like it *embarrassed face*

Black Dada – Naughty Girl – Link

Rest Of The Round-Up -

NLT – I Can’t Live – Link
Q.Amey – Unbreakable – Link
Lil Eddie – Close Your Eyes – Link
Janet Jackson – Nothing – Link
Far East Movement – I Party – Link
B.O.B. – Bet I Bust (feat. T.I.) – Link
Brandy – Fall (feat. Natasha Bedingfield) – Link
Git Fresh – I Chose You – Link
LeMarvin – Strobe Light – Link
Ski Beatz – Taxi (feat. Mos Def & Whosane) – Link
Ski Beatz – Prowler 2 (feat. Jean Grae, Jay Electronica, Joell Ortiz & Mos Def) – Link
Cassidy – Sweet Life (feat. John Legend) – Link

Alternative Ish

I posted their video earlier this week, perhaps one of the best music videos I’ve seen ever. Since then, I’ve acquired their album and fallen in love with her voice. I’ll share a few tracks of their album.

Talk Of The Land – It’s Okay – Link,  Corner Phone – Link, Got A Call – Link

This song is so airy and chilled out, perfect song to listen to you while you write essays/assignments.

Sia – Breathe Me – Link

Till next week,

Yin.
