The music industry this year has been really unpredictable! So many random collaborations from Lady Gaga & Beyonce to Timbaland & Miley Cyrus…WIERD. But there have been some good tunes that have dropped still; here are some of my top tunes from this year.
The first one is by Major Lazer and its called Pon De Floor. A mixture of bashment, house and electro, this tune has some sexy base! I love the song but I do not know what fool fool-ness these people are doing in the video!
The second tune is Sexy Bitch by Akon. I don’t really like Akon’s tunes but they begin to grow on you because there so catchy, but this was a good tune that has a summer vibe about it- reminds me of summer 09.
The next tune is Day N Nite by Kid Cudi. Another big club tune; this tune came out in the U.S in 2008 but in was released in 2009 over here so it still counts!
The next tune is Dirtee Cash by Dizzee Racal. This is a really random choice but I think this is a good tune, it always has people shockin’ out in the clubs!
The last tune is Empire State Of Mind by Jay-Z. I’m not really huge fan of this guys music but this tune made me re-think that!
