Formed in the basement of a house christened ‘Dude Manor’ with nothing but a joint love for partying and good music to link it’s members together you just know there is going to something special about Canadian punk rock 5 piece Living With Lions.
With catchy riffs and choruses that are sure to get an entire crowd chanting you can feel nothing but elation in knowing that punk rock is still very much alive within these boys. Listening to tracks such as ‘My Dilemma’ and ‘Cold Coffee’ you are reminded of a simpler time, when punk rock was not about how tight your jeans were or how many endorsements you could you get but when all that really mattered was that you and your friends had a good time and that you had enough money at the end of the show to get some beers.

Opening with the mighty line ‘Put our faces on Silver Coins. Put them in your pocket so you buy the world Song’ track ‘Coolin With Costa’ is a song about having no money, makeshift touring and how none of this matters because they know that their friends will be there for them. This is clearly a band who have got a long way to go and hopefully they will come across to the UK sooner rather than later!

I’m into my post-hardcore music, tattoos, piercings and radical fashions.I’m gonna be giving an insight into the other side of music, bringing you the latest and greatest that the scene has to offer. I’ll also be dropping in the odd insight into all things alternative.
Just to give you an idea; my favourite bands include: The King Blues, Bring Me The Horizon, Frank Turner, Mumford & Sons, Motion City Soundtrack and We Are The Ocean.
